Dewatering Machine

The Dewatering Machine is a versatile and efficient drying unit designed to remove surface moisture from a wide range of plastic flakes through high-speed centrifugal force. It is equipped with interchangeable screen baskets tailored to different material types, ensuring optimal dewatering efficiency for various plastics such as ABS/PVC/PS/PET, PP, PE, and more.
By harnessing centrifugal force, this dewatering machine removes surface water from materials. This ensures a high degree of surface dryness with minimal energy consumption, which is critical for the efficiency of downstream processing.

The Floating Washer is a critical cleaning unit designed to remove impurities such as sand, dirt, and fine residues from pre-crushed plastic flakes. By soaking and agitating the materials in a water-filled tank, it ensures thorough separation of contaminants adhered to the plastic surfaces.
Equipped with a bottom-mounted sludge discharge screw, the system enables continuous and efficient removal of settled sediments without interrupting operation. This prevents re-contamination and maintains consistent cleaning performance.
Additionally, the Floating Washer utilizes density-based separation to classify different types of plastics. For instance, heavier materials like PET sink, while lighter plastics such as PP and PE float, allowing for effective preliminary sorting within the washing process.

This screw conveyor efficiently transports plastic flakes and scraps between processing stages. Made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. The unit includes a water injection system for preliminary rinsing and friction-based cleaning during conveyance. With a 6mm-thick vane and hardened gearbox, it ensures durability and long-term reliability. Its dewatering screw design allows for simultaneous conveying and water separation. The specially sealed bearing structure prevents water leakage, making it suitable for wet and harsh environments.

The quotation depends on customer's raw material and capacity, If possible, please let me know your budget range so that I can recommend the most correct equipment for you with suitable price.
2. How long does it take from manufacturing to final inspection?
Typically, our pelletizing lines have a production lead time of 2 months, while washing lines require at least 3 months depending on the capacity and umber of machines in the order.
3. What payment terms do you accept for first-time buyers?
30% as down payment by T/T; 70% by T/T before delivery and after inspection
4. Do you have any after sales service?
When all the equipment are completed, we will connect all the machines and run the full production line for inspection to ensure the stable running in customers' factory.
After the commissioning, we will package the equipment by the standard export package for shipment.
After appointment with the customer, our engineers will go to the customers' factory for installation and training.
Engineers, sales managers, and after-sales service managers will form an after-sales team, online and offline, to follow the customers' project.
