HDPE Bottle Washing Plant

Our HDPE Washing Line is specifically engineered to handle a wide range of HDPE materials—including cosmetic bottles, shampoo containers, and household chemical packaging—delivering thorough cleaning performance that meets rigorous recycling standards.
We provide fully customizable washing solutions, adaptable to both basic and high-end recycling needs:
For standard HDPE recycling (such as irrigation tape processing):
Common equipment includes a crusher, floating washer, hot wash tank, and high-speed friction washer.
 
For high-quality HDPE bottle recycling:
Additional advanced stages are integrated, such as a bale breaker, trommel screen, manual sorting station, eddy current separator, and optional color sorter to ensure extreme purity.
 
Customization options also include:

Crusher

The Crusher serves as the primary size reduction unit in plastic recycling lines, specifically designed to process a wide range of plastic materials including PET bottles, HDPE jerrycans, PP barrels, and PP/PE films. It efficiently breaks down bulk plastics into uniform flakes, facilitating subsequent washing, separation, and pelletizing processes.
This crusher operates with a unique wet crushing mechanism, where water is introduced during the shredding process. This serves two critical functions: first, it cleans the material simultaneously by rinsing off surface contaminants such as sand, labels, and adhesives; second, it cools the cutting blades and reduces dust generation, extending blade life and ensuring stable operation.

High-speed friction washer 

The high-speed friction washer is a widely used equipment in plastic washing lines, typically installed after the crusher to efficiently remove sand and dirt from material surfaces.
Water is supplied directly into the rotating drum, and through high-speed rotation at 960 RPM, the machine leverages intense friction between the plastic fragments to effectively dislodge and wash away adhered contaminants such as mud, sand, and other impurities.
This process ensures thorough surface cleaning, preparing the material for subsequent washing or processing stages while significantly improving overall recycling quality.

Screw conveyor 

This screw conveyor efficiently transports plastic flakes and scraps between processing stages. Made of SUS304 or 316L stainless steel, it offers excellent corrosion resistance. The unit includes a water injection system for preliminary rinsing and friction-based cleaning during conveyance. With a 6mm-thick vane and hardened gearbox, it ensures durability and long-term reliability. Its dewatering screw design allows for simultaneous conveying and water separation. The specially sealed bearing structure prevents water leakage, making it suitable for wet and harsh environments.

FAQ

1. How do you make the quotation for clients? 

 The quotation depends on customer's raw material and capacity,  If possible, please let me know your budget range so that I can recommend the most correct equipment for you with suitable price.

 

2. How long does  it take from manufacturing to final inspection? 

Typically, our pelletizing lines have a production lead time of 2 months, while washing lines require at least 3 months depending on the capacity and umber of machines in the order.

 

3. What payment terms do you accept for first-time buyers?

30% as down payment by T/T; 70% by T/T before delivery and after inspection

 

4. Do you have any after sales service? 

When all the equipment are completed, we will connect all the machines and run the full production line for inspection to ensure the stable running in customers' factory.

After the commissioning, we will package the equipment by the standard export package for shipment.

After appointment with the customer, our engineers will go to the customers' factory for installation and training. 

Engineers, sales managers, and after-sales service managers will form an after-sales team, online and offline, to follow the customers' project.
