Online Meter Weigh Controller
The online meter weight controller is very important on the PE pipe extrusion line because it can save PE material for you, and it also can produce the PE pipes in the weight/meter with our request.
The meter weight controller is installed under the autoloader, it uses the weighting system and sensor to control its feeding volume, it will make the pipe thickness evenly. and it is also suitable for all sizes of PE pipe extrusion machines, it is an optional device for small size PE pipe extruding machines.
WeCoEx always suggests clients use it on its production line, we have a touch screen and PLC control system on the meter weight controller, it is an auto system and we only insert the data on it, then it will work itself.

Siemens PLC and Electronics
We adopt Siemens PLC and Electronics in all our PE pipe extrusion lines, Siemens provides a fully automatic system and program, and all spare parts are easy to be found in your local market, they also provide after-sales service overseas.
WeCoEx install Siemens PLC in the cutting unit, tractor, and single screw extruder, they are independently controlled and also can be controlled on the touch screen of the extrusion machine, and we only have the latest version of PLC and HDMI.
The PLC data can be stored on your computer, and you can remote control your PE pipe extrusion line in your office.
The Application of PE Pipe Extrusion Machine
HDPE Water-supplying Pipe
HDPE water-supplying pipe is widely used for our drinking water in our daily life, as it can be used for more than 50 years, and it not generate the dirty goods in the pipes, and we can make as long as we need for the HDPE pipes by our PE pipe extrusion line, we could use coiler to collect 300-500meters.
HDPE Drainage Pipe
PE pipe extrusion line also can produce HDPE drainage pipes with thin wall pipes, it tolerates low pressure and uses less material, we always use the recycled HDPE material to make PE sewage pipes.
Communication Pipes
HDPE pipes can be used as communication pipes, and we make communications pipes by co-extrusion HDPE pipe line, we make HDPE-silicone co-extrusion pipes, silicone will reduce friction when we insert communication wires into the pipes.

Extrusion Process of PE Pipe Extrusion Line
The extrusion process of the PE pipe extrusion line is similar to other plastic pipe extrusion lines, we use the single screw extruder as its main extruder, it will melt and plasticize PE raw material, and the material will be pushed into the extrusion die, the mold will form pipe.
We have auto loader and hopper dryer in our PE pipe extrusion machine, it will load the HDPE pellets automatically, and we also use the laser printer on the PE pipe extrusion line, all of which can save labor for our clients.
Can we produce other pipes by one PE pipe line?
PE pipe extrusion lines can produce HDPE/PE pipes normally, but it also can produce PP and PPR pipes in small HDPE pipe production lines.
The production process of PE pipe extrusion line is the same as PPR and PP pipes, they use the same extruder and mold, when you want to reduce the investment, you can make them in one pipe production line.
It will waste some plastic material when producing them in the same pipeline, as their melt point and MFI of each material is a little differnet, then we need some material to clean the single screw barrel.
