Product Introduction

High-speed heating mixer

High-speed heating mixer (hot mixer) is used for high-intensity mixing, friction heating, preliminary gelation, and plasticization of materials.
Working principle: PVC resin, plasticizers, and other raw materials are loaded into the tank. The motor drives the agitator blades to rotate at high speed (typically 500–1200 rpm or higher), inducing intense convection, shear, and diffusion within the material. This generates rapid heating through vigorous friction. Under high temperature and intense shear forces, liquid additives are thoroughly absorbed and dispersed, components are uniformly blended, PVC particles partially melt and gel, forming a pre-plasticized compound. Once the temperature reaches the preset value (typically 110°C–120°C), the material is automatically discharged into a cold mixer.

 Low-speed cooling mixer

The low-speed cooling mixer (cold mixer) is used to rapidly cool and homogenize high-temperature materials from the hot mixer.
The working principle is as follows: High-temperature materials (>100°C) entering the cold mixer are agitated by a low-speed rotating paddle (typically 100–200 rpm), preventing clumping and increasing the heat dissipation surface area. Simultaneously, circulating cooling water within the jacket cools the material through the tank walls, rapidly reducing its temperature to 40–45°C. This process prevents clumping and degradation caused by residual heat, transforming the material into a loose, dry powder with excellent flow properties. This facilitates storage and subsequent extrusion or calendering processes.

1. How do you make the quotation for clients? 

The quotation depends on customer's raw material and capacity,  If possible, please let me know your budget range so that I can recommend the most correct equipment for you with suitable price.

 

2. How long does  it take from manufacturing to final inspection? 

Typically, our pelletizing lines have a production lead time of 2 months, while washing lines require at least 3 months depending on the capacity and umber of machines in the order.

 

3. What payment terms do you accept for first-time buyers?

30% as down payment by T/T; 70% by T/T before delivery and after inspection

 

4. Do you have any after sales service? 

When all the equipment are completed, we will connect all the machines and run the full production line for inspection to ensure the stable running in customers' factory.

After the commissioning, we will package the equipment by the standard export package for shipment.

After appointment with the customer, our engineers will go to the customers' factory for installation and training. 

Engineers, sales managers, and after-sales service managers will form an after-sales team, online and offline, to follow the customers' project.
